The national curriculum, local curriculum and school curriculum is the effective combination of the basic requirement of new curriculum reform in China. Our country to the content of the basic education course from the overall planning, and provincial education authorities check to monitor the implementation of national curriculum, and connecting with the provinces where the objective conditions of setting course, as for local schools are in serious, on the basis of the implementation of the national curriculum and local curriculum, according to the actual situation of our school and combining the local course resources, develop school-based curriculum for students actual demand, gradually eliminate the disadvantages of China’s highly centralized curriculum policy.We take "Heze folk culture" high school Chinese school-based curriculum development and implementation as the research object of this paper, from the school-based curriculum development and implementation of the status quo at home and abroad, the significance of topic selection and methods, the theoretical foundation of the development of school-based curriculum, the principle of development, the feasibility of the development, development of the organization form of content, content, implementation principle, the implementation of the strategy, implementation of evaluation of several aspects, such as for in-depth research. Lead our students with history, objective, fair, development, and the dialectical view to unscramble Heze folk culture resources. Let them through the cognition of Heze folk culture resources, improve the student’s own culture and moral cultivation and aesthetic ideas, improve their interest. Local culture for regional culture inheritance of exploring Chinese curriculum resources, curriculum resources reasonably adjust and change the way of teacher’s teaching has profound significance.This article mainly includes five chapters: first chapter is the introduction, the second chapter "Heze folk culture" of the development of school-based curriculum in senior high school language meaning and feasibility.
