| Folk culture plays an important role in Chinese traditional culture.In kindergarten education,reasonable use of folk culture resources,the development and implementation of folk culture courses,can transfer folk culture,shape the national spirit and temperament,feel the meaning of folk culture,has an immeasurable role in promoting the development of children.This study in the kindergarten teachers’ curriculum development and implementation of the present situation of folk culture questionnaire and interview,through the analysis of the data and information,understand the present status of the kindergarten teachers’ curriculum development and implementation of folk culture,to grasp the teacher experience and problems of curriculum development and implementation of folk culture,folk culture for kindergarten teachers curriculum development and implementation of strategy research provide an empirical basis.The findings are as follows: teachers have high recognition of the value of folk culture curriculum development and implementation;Development and implementation to make full use of holiday resources;Considering children’s age characteristics and local folk culture resources;The implementation of folk culture courses has various methods and strong purposes.The implementation effect is obvious.The investigation also finds that the problems and deficiencies in the development and implementation of teachers’ folk culture courses are as follows: some teachers lack the understanding of folk culture and lack the driving force to develop and implement folk culture courses;Insufficient consideration is given to children’s development needs during development and implementation;The understanding of the folk culture curriculum goal of kindergarten is not accurate,and the goal formulation lacks pertinence and operability.The development of folk culture course content is not comprehensive and the activity setting is not reasonable.Implementation to be optimized;The content and subject of the course evaluation are single,and the evaluation is lack of standard.The effect of development and implementation is not ideal in sports field.The content and form of the cooperation in development and implementation are relatively single;Lack of relevant training,sharing of course resources and joint efforts of home community need to be strengthened.Based on the research conclusion of the current situation,combined with the case of N demonstration park,this study puts forward the countermeasures for the development and implementation of teachers’ folk culture courses.First,the countermeasures for teachers: to improve the understanding of folk culture,and stimulate the internal driving force of the development and implementation of folk culture courses;Accurately grasp the folk culture course objectives,the formulation of accuracy and operability of folk culture activities objectives;In the development of folk culture resources,educational value judgment should be made.Adhere to the implementation of folk culture curriculum infiltration in the basic curriculum,emphasizing the integration with the day activities;Adopt the folk culture curriculum implementation method in line with the characteristics of children’s age;The organization should be diversified and respect the individual differences of children.Be good at raising the awareness of parents’ participation and carrying out various forms of home cooperation.Second,countermeasures at the kindergarten level: strengthening the top-level curriculum planning and design,guiding teachers in the development and implementation of folk culture courses;Attract teachers to participate in the development of folk culture curriculum objectives,and help teachers internalize;The implementation of folk culture courses and the effective integration of basic courses;The third is the countermeasures of the administrative department of education: through the establishment of regional education groups,radiation leads the development and implementation of folk culture courses;Formulate the policy text of regional folk culture curriculum development and implementation,and guide the direction of teachers’ folk culture curriculum design and implementation;The integration area level strength,realizes the folk custom cultural resources effective utilization and the management. |
