On The Culture Of School-enterprise Cooperation Of Modern Vocational Education In China

As we all know, the development of the modern vocational education is based on the school-enterprises cooperation. The current Chinese vocational education has entered the stage of pursuing development from struggling for survive..Taking a way of enterprise cooperation that conform with Chinese characteristics has become an important choice to promote the development of the modern vocational education in our country. Along the way, the depth and breadth of school-enterprise cooperation has become the important symbol of modern vocational education effectively promoting, however, in deep sense, the depth of the cooperation between school and enterprises reflects on the culture of school-enterprise cooperation. At present, there are many difficulties in constructing the culture of school-enterprise cooperation: due to the fragmented phenomenon of culture, the alienation phenomenon of culture, the similar phenomenon of culture, so created several problems: people’s indifference to culture, not a clear cultural characteristics, ocational colleges students failed to develop vocational education in the true sense of cultural quality, and so on. This is not only the main problem of the construction of vocational colleges and universities campus culture, this is the deep problem that not allow to ignore in the process of the construction of modern vocational education.Therefore, research for the construction of the modern vocational education school-enterprise cooperation culture is not only the requirements for modern vocational education development, but also the inherent requirement of the healthy and harmonious development of vocational colleges. It mainly adopts literature research and comparative analysis and roots in the cultural science research perspectives in this paper. Oughtness and Isness of University-enterprise Cooperation Culture which is based on the raw data will be explored. What’s more, the strategies of modern vocational education school-enterprise cooperation culture construction that is established in the data will be found.This paper is composed of five chapters as follows.Chapter one Introduction. It firstly introduces the background and significance of this research. Secondly, it makes a description of related research and it is based on the further analysis of the shortcomings of existing research. Lastly, their own research ideas and research methods are put forward.Chapter two Interpretation on School-enterprise Cooperation Culture in Chinese Modern Vocational Education. It is mainly analysis the concept of culture and the modern vocational education, vocational colleges culture and the concept of the enterprise culture. The meaning of school-enterprise cooperation culture which is based on the cultural science research perspectives on Chinese modern vocational education will be defined.Chapter three Oughtness and Isness of School-enterprise Cooperation Culture in Chinese Modern Vocational Education. It mainly discuss two parts: oughtness and isness analysis. Oughtness is researched on the cultural logic and carrier of school-enterprise cooperation culture. "Isness" part is mainly about the present situation of Chinese modern vocational education school-enterprise cooperation culture (including the achievements and advantages, problems and challenges) and the analysis of the causes of the problem.Chapter four Construction Strategy of School-enterprise Cooperation Culture in Chinese Modern Vocational Education. Based on the above, some concrete strategies which start with macrosystem level, exosystem level and microsystem level will be put forward. It would provide some reference for Chinese modern vocational education school-enterprise cooperation culture construction.
