Research On The Humanistic Care Of Ideologicaland Political Education In Colleges

College students are an important part of University,ideological and political education as an important practice in Colleges and universities have good psychological quality training for college students.It can undertake social tasks better and plays an important role to achieve their life value and social value.There is a profound humanistic idea in humanistic care for college students.It is about the living condition.However,in the practice of Ideological and political education in the long term,because of many factors,people do not fully realize the impact of humanistic care in Ideological and political education produced.It leads to the concept of humanistic care there is something missing the practice of the appeal and did not play very well,for the development of college students will be negative.Therefore,in order to enable students to better integrate into the University,in the practice of humanistic care is very important.In this paper,based on the definition of the concept of the study,and then analysis of thestatus,the corresponding countermeasures are put forwardon on the basis of identifing problems and causes.The text is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction,this part describes the main content of the background,purpose,significance,research review,research methods,pointed out that because of college students "personality traits" and "distinctive shortcomings" and of the party and the country attaches great importance to this research is important meaning.The second part explains the relevant concepts and theoretical basis,the humanistic care of Ideological and political education of humanistic care and universities are discussed,based on this,discusses the relationship between Ideological and political education and humanistic care,and then pointed out that the theoretical basis of the combination of the two.The third part points out the principles and functions of this study.First of all,this paper discusses the six main principles,and then discusses the role of College Students' all-round development,the activities of the University and the society.The fourth part analyzed the research present situation,pointed out that the current results,then find out the deficiency in the research on the current college performance of between individual students and teachers of communication are discussed,and the problem of concept,content,environment and other aspects of the analysis of the causes.The fifth part according to the analysis of the problems and reasons arediscussed from five aspects,namely the concept of moral education,should adhere to the student-centered,return to life,it is pointed out that the content should be close to students' ideological,psychological and practical learning,at the same time should serve for the development of their environment,in the paper the material and spiritual culture and campus network,the method that should adhere to equal dialogue,sense combination,highlight the practical and psychological counseling in team building should be pointed out that the strict selection system,at the same time we should strengthen the training for them and improve the evaluation and other aspects of countermeasures.
