Scientific literacy and humanistic spirit is an important problem in high school physics teaching should pay attention to, and it is advocated in the new round of curriculum reform of the physical teachers’ direction, to achieve the ultimate goal of Chinese education to improve the overall quality of all citizens and the realization of the goal of high school physics plays an important role in teaching. In recent years, the domestic high school physics teaching scientific literacy and humanistic spirit is gradually increasing, has caused the majority of physics teachers attention. However, in the teaching practice, how to implement the scientific literacy and humanistic spirit education, still need further discussion.The fundamental physical constants, in the cultivation of students’ scientific literacy and humanistic education to students, with special education value, is a valuable curriculum resources, but it has long been neglected by many physics teachers. In this paper, through the analysis of the objectives of senior school physics teaching in our country and the current situation of high school physics teaching, combined with the physical concept of the new curriculum, discusses the fundamental constants of physics in Physics Teaching in seniorhigh school to cultivate the students’ scientific literacy and education value, humanistic spirit education, and discusses the ways of teaching of the basic constants in physics teaching and the teaching principle, the method and practice the investigation demonstrated the effectiveness of the teaching of the basic constants in physics.
