Abstract/Summary:
Middle school students are the future of our country. Middle school is a crucial time for the formation of their personality. For now, thought political lessons are the main channel to shape the personality of middle school students, which has become a common sense. So far many scholars and educators have yielded fruitful research on this topic.However, few scholars have conducted research on the effectiveness of thought political education to shape middle school students’ personality, which has made the excellent works even rarer. In the current situation, due to the economic globalization,informatization, and ideological diversity, etc, this model of education, thought political lessons of high school students personality education, has come under attack, generating a lot of problems, reducing its effect of personality education, and consequently restricting the healthy growth of the middle school students. This is not consistent with our Party’s and people’s high expectations for middle school students, and even the requirements for the future talents that our national rejuvenation needs. From this point,it is not only necessary but also significant to study the effectiveness of thought political lessons on middle school students’ personality from a brand new perspective.This thesis first analyzes dialectical relations between the thought political lessons and the personality education of middle school students. And then it deals with the significance of personality education comprehensively, and it turns out that it is beneficial to the students’ all-round development, the construction of social harmony,improvement of the quality of the teaching team, and ultimately the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nationThere are many problems in the current ways of personality education, such as dull content, monotonous teaching methods, old-fashioned assessment methods, and lack ofguarantee mechanism. Thus, this thesis analyzes the reasons for these problems from defects of compilation of teaching materials, vagueness of teaching aims, the separation of theories and practice, the unreasonableness of assessment, lax management of curriculum, some teachers’ lack of personality accomplishments, middle school students’ own reasons, etc.It is the core part to explore new ways, and put forward new measures. This article studies various respects, such as the reformation of the teaching content of middle school political lessons, the innovation of teaching philosophy, the creation of teaching methods,the improvement of the of the elasticity of assessment and management, and establishment of the guarantee mechanism, etc. In personality education, it is necessary to enrich and innovate teaching content, display teachers’ personality charm, and mobilize students’ initiative in the personality education; to innovate extracurricular activities, conduct cooperative study, and strengthen the model education; to design evaluation objectives and principles conforming to the middle school thought political lessons, to establish a perfect and reasonable evaluation content, and use flexible evaluation methods; to create an learning atmosphere for the ideological and political learning, improve personality quality of teachers, integrate the influence of internal and external education, and establish effective and feasible guarantee mechanism. Through these methods, it reveals the laws of personality education and psychological development, and ultimately forms a set of practical methods to improve the effect of personality education.
