Toy market toy products is very rich, as buyers of the parents and lack of preschool education knowledge, in the purchase and have great difficulties in the process of guiding, often do not know how to choose the right toys for their children, more do not know how to guide children to use toys. Obviously, to guide the purchase and use in toys, parents in urgent need of relevant guidance. However, the current research is for the whole pre-school children toy purchase and use, the research object is still not enough refinement, the proposal operation still not strong enough.This study adopts questionnaire method, on the basis of the research content has formulated the "survey" to buy top class in a kindergarten family toy and usage status questionnaire, the research question focused on two aspects of the purchase and use of toys, but also relates to the toy of daily maintenance and old toys processing etc.. A random sample of public parks in Baoding city and a private garden Taipan parents as the research objects, in order to understand the current kindergarten parents’ concept of toy, reality game view and purchase the current family infant toys and use process. Later on according to the questionnaire in question, to some parents are non structured interview, in order to explore the reasons behind the phenomenon of deeper.The investigation result indicated that, the preschool children’s parents in both biased cognition about toys. On the one hand, parents do not understand child development characteristics and the demand of the current; on the other hand, parents do not know where the educational value of toys. In addition, in the daily maintenance and toys toys for waste treatment process also has some inappropriate practice. At the end of this paper, the author aimed at the problems found in the survey suggested. From the aspect of cognition, value and significance are toys more widely, to correct the one-sided understanding of the value of toys parents; the development of children’s characteristics are given and the development goals, to help parents understand the current stage for children; parents do not know the value of toys to common situation, toy and its functions are described; for in the presence of the daily maintenance of toys parents clean is not in place of a solution; in addition, treatment is given to waste toys for more, in order to achieve the greater value of toys.
