Many experts and scholars have put forward lots of suggestions and countermeasures. Entering the new century, Chinese women’s volleyball team once again had a short brilliant, but today, the result is not stable.Luohe has begun to construct the first “volleyball city†of China since 2009.To Active the bid for the international and domestic top volleyball events, Luohe also carried out the construction of volleyball culture, the introduction and training of volleyball reserve, the mass infrastructure construction of volleyball and the construction of volleyball reserves etc.By documents and data, investigate of questionnaire, interview of experts, statistics of math and other ways, the author researches and analyses the coaches and main readers who in charge of various physical school and volleyball school of undertaking reserves’ training of competing volleyball in Luohe and draw a conclusion of the current situation of Luohe Volleyball reserves of sports and put forward countermeasures and suggestions as follows: 1.The mode of reserves training of volleyball in Luohe is mainly with “primary and secondary schools, amateur sports school, provincial and municipal professional team(the affiliated university), single pyramid of the national teamâ€, system of competitive sports reserves. Although the reserves’ training of volleyball has started with the mode of combination of teaching and training. But in essence, it is mainly with physical education itself. The role of education system is very little. 2. The scope of choosing players in Luohe is small, which cannot meet the needs of Luohe volleyball the development of sport.The means of choosing players is too far behind. Based on the universal popularity of volleyball, to expand the scope of choosing volleyball players. 3. The coaches’ professional quality is high and has been gotten recognition of sports and education department. We should continue to increase the training of coaches, learning to make them master the most advanced science training methods. 4. The Luohe municipal government has given greater funds support to volleyball sports and has the trend of growth yearly, which has positive impact on volleyball sports of Luohe. 5. Reserves’ training Luohe competing volleyball is able to guarantee and the training effect is good. We should innovate the training and competition mechanism of volleyball training in Luohe to adapt to the new developing situation. 6. Most volleyball players in Luohe stepped into the college to work. A small part of players entered into the high level sports team or retired. We should continue to expand the volleyball players to move to a high level, which will support the cultivation of reserve volleyball. |
