Consensus Reach In Network Collective Action

With the rapid development of internet, our country has stride to the era of the networked society. There are many collective interactions appear,and infuence our life. Recently, there are many scholars do reserch on the collective interactions, they main focus on the research network define the concept of collective action,mobilization and reach mechanism, etc. But there lack of the reserch on the basic of the collective interactions-Network Consensus. But the network consensus plays a very important role in it, only reach the consensus of the internet user, collective action can achieve. So, in this paper, we use the systematic analysis to explain the consensus.In this paper, the writer use the content analysis to explain the performance and the mechanism of the network consensus. First, to make the concept clearly: define the conception of the network collective action and the network consensus--the network consensus is the fundation of the collective action, and the collective action is the result. On this basis, using the text analysis to elaborate the events of the collective action, and pick out three typical cases for detailed study. After the adoption of the three classic cases were selected from the sample to a structured coding process analysis, we found that there are three types of the network consensus: the internet user more likely to discuss the topic of moral, ethical,cultural, emotional and other non-interest issues. In this article, the author extraction the common factor of the three cases and conclude the type of the network consensus-- consensus based on common emotion, consensus based on common target, consensus based on common belief. At the same time, the author also summarizes the consensus of many specific types under various categories, it conclude many types, for example: Emotional type of network consensus include "anger release," "emotional control" and "emotional disappointed" type; Target type of network consensus including the "class segment," "interest realization" and "officials and the public gap" type; Belief type of network consensus includes "moral ethics" and "justice" type. Subsequently, the author summarizes the above network types’ reach consensus mechanism in-depth analysis of the network consensus, in order to reach the final consensus, there need two paths-- "rational path" and "emotional path", and the three types also have there own ways.
