The Elderly Education Group Activity Of Social Work Intervention In Chongqing Y Community

With the quickly arrival of aging society and the advance of social civilization, the older age groups have the strong demand of the old-age education. Old-age community education is an integral part of adult education, and is the later stages of life-long education. The social work intervention in community elderly education activities to the community and community old man plays an important role. Social workers through professional methods and techniques involved in community elderly education activities, through the activities to meet the needs of the elderly, the rich old man’s spiritual life, let the old man set up a positive, optimistic attitude toward life. However, for the education activities of the social work intervention in community elderly were very small. This article through field investigation and study, the author’s research work is how to intervene elderly community education, the advantages and disadvantages exist in the process of reflection, so as to put forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions, for the social worker involvement in such activities provide effective reference.In order to fulfill the need of development of the community and the re-education of the olds, This article combine the dynamics and assess the feasibility of the social work involved in community education for the aged. This serves process of the social workers in Y community, Chongqing city is systematically studied in detail in this paper by group social work, which based on the theory of elderly education and the theory of elderly social work. This process can be divided into three stages: preparation, operation and analysis, and mainly through qualitative research methods. The author from the internal and external levels of Y community elderly education of social work intervention has carried on the analysis of the advantages and limits. At the same time, put forward the improved countermeasures and suggestions. The old’s education has been strengthen and accordingly the life quality of the olds is also improved. In addition, this paper provides a new way for the improvement of the community development by communication between the olds of the community.
