Research On The Social Work Intervention For The Professional Dilemma Of Housekeeping Waiters

With the miniaturization and the overall aging of our society, the family structure, the development of domestic service requires more urgent. The maid, family practitioner in the service sector, is also more and more attention. Currently experiencing domestic workers employed in the process of professionalization of many difficulties, seriously restricting the development of domestic workers themselves, affecting the steady progress of domestic service. As a result, to help to improve professional housekeeping waiter’s predicament is imminent.In this paper, Zhou domestic workers as a target, using interviews, document analysis and case methods for the social work profession professional housekeeper Zhou’s plight were analyzed. Through the perspective of theoretical advantages, the main case to explore their potential to help improve the professional capabilities; use of social support systems theory, social support networks for the case of the Lord, make full use of various resources to help solve the case of the main professional difficulties. Through the process of social work cases, the discovery and analysis of professional dilemma faced by domestic workers in this group, and to provide comments and suggestions through their professional practice dilemma solved.
