Since the reform and opening up, the rapid development of private colleges and universities of our country, its history is short, but the development speed is very fast, the scale of. But in the process of development, private colleges and universities also had many problems. Among them, the construction of occupation morality of teachers in private colleges problem is one of main problems. Compared with public colleges, private colleges and universities school funds without state financial support, teachers in private colleges has no career, private college diploma gold content is low. These practical difficulties, to solve the construction of teacher occupation morality of civilian run colleges and universities will be difficult problem.In this paper, by consulting relevant literature, and use the questionnaire survey method, attempts to reveal the existing in the construction of professional ethics of teachers in private colleges problems and puts forward countermeasures to solve the problem. Therefore, this paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction part, mainly discusses the reasons, the research goal and the significance, the domestic and foreign research status, research ideas and methods; the basic theory of the second chapter elaborates the related concepts of private college teachers’ morality; the third chapter analyzes the principles and characteristics of private college teachers professional ethics construction; problems and the fourth chapter there are reasons to the construction of professional ethics of teachers in private colleges in the more in-depth study; the fifth chapter is to put forward the related strategies to solve the problems of private college teachers’ Moral Construction on the basis of the fourth chapter; the sixth chapter is the conclusion part. The core part of this paper in the third chapter, the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter, principles and characteristics of the third chapter mentioned in the private college teachers’ morality construction, is the cornerstone of the whole theoretical; the fourth chapter is finding problems and analysis; the fifth chapter is the core objective of this paper is to solve the problem.
