Study On Occupation Value Orientation And Encouragement Of Teachers At Urban Private Kindergartens

Preschool children are the hope and future of the country and the nation.Preschool children’s education is responsible for intelligence enlightenment, valueguidance and personality improvement. In China, public kindergartens have becomesaturated and urban private kindergartens have more and more responsibility for thecare and education of preschool children with development of urbans. And teachersare the key in healthy and sustainable development of urban private kindergartens.This paper makes teachers at urban private kindergartens as the object of studyand sorts out related concepts and theories through related literatures at home andabroad. On this basis, taking Tianjin as an example, analyzing present situation ofhuman resource and encouragement of teachers at urban private kindergartens throughquestionnaires and interviews, this paper reveals the necessity of encouragementabout the study of teachers at urban private kindergartens. At the same time, makingthe summary of the most important occupation value orientations of teachers at urbanprivate kindergartens through combination of the factor analysis and descriptivestatistics, it includes the occupation value orientation of pursuing material interests,implementing self-achievement, ensuring security and stability, chasing harmony andundertaking responsibility. This paper, on this basis, puts forward four targetedmeasures of encouragement, including emphasizing material encouragement andchasing equity inside and outside; attaching importance to systematic training andconducting career planning; taking flexible management and paying attention toteachers’ everyday life; optimizing external environment and bringing aboutself-motivation.
