The 21 st century is an era full of technology and talent competition, Advances in technology and talent competition is extremely fierce.Some highly specialized technical personnel has become an important human resources and social development.In China, there is a serious shortage of professional and technical personnel, the need to promote social development, "to train professional and technical personnel as the goal" of secondary vocational and technical education has been national and regional importance.With the large-scale development of secondary vocational education, increasing enrollment, various problems will emerge.Student weariness is one of the outstanding problems weariness, How to solve this problem, will have a direct impact on the overall development of secondary vocational and technical education,Weariness among students in secondary vocational schools cause more and more attention.Zhangjiakou region’s economic base is so weak, In the process to develop secondary vocational education, Due to lack of experience in education, the foundation is so thin, there have been problems of students with varying degrees of weariness, making the educational development is not very satisfacting.So the studying on how to change the status is imperative. the author chooses five secondary vocational schools in Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province,as an object of this investigation, Research the weariness problem of Secondary vocational and technical education. Weary mainly in the status on:classroom learning attitude is not serious; the attitude of treating the job is not positive; no interest for the profession; learning objectives are not clear; learning time is not sufficient. Analyze its causes on the basis, the first reasons are their students. the needs are not met; The wrong reasons;less interest; have to choose vocational schools; learning basic difference; good study habits.Second reasons for school education: unreasonable school location; the school management is unreasonable; the school curriculum is unreasonable; Atmosphere of school,class and learning; Professional ideological education is not enough;Teachers are not enough.Third reasons for family:An abnormal family structure; the defect of family education; the impact of family life atmosphere; family economic situation.Fourth reasons for society: Internet cafes and other entertainment; the impact of public opinion;influence of the mass media;the employment situation is not optimistic.On the basis of analysis of causes, appropriate coping strategies are proposed.Educat-ional Strategies: Strategies for the student’s own educational aspects: with an optimistic and positive psychology; learn proper attribution; develop good study habits; improve academic performance.School Strategies: School makes education position Scientifically; management for science in place; strengthening Atmosphere of school,class and learning; enhance the quality of teachers; improving teaching equipment.Family Strategies: Educational Strategies for the family: the improvement of family education; to improve the atmosphere of family life; parents should strive to improve their knowledge base.social Strategies: National deepen reform of secondary vocational education; Make Internet cafes and other entertainment specification; Enterprises should consciously assume their obligations; Countries and companies should effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of professional and technical personnel.
