Analysis Of Studying-weariness Of Higher Vocational College Students And Strategies Of Overcoming It

This research is based on the investigation of the circumstances of studying-weariness of students in some higher vocational colleges of Henan province,analyses the influence factors of studying-weariness of higher vocational college students:(1) Factors come from students themselves including lack study motivity,weak foundation lead to lower positivity on studying,some students have difficult to adjust to the changes from middle school to college,mentally warp result in lower interests of learning,the Internet culture influences.(2) Factors come from colleges and teachers including the teaching concept of teachers,the teaching content,the teaching methods can not adjust to the demand of higher vocational education.(3)Factors come from society,including there are some misunderstanding about higher vocational education in our society,the higher vocational students have not exactly evaluated themselves,etc.The writer concludes the elementiy factors are that the higher vocational college students lack study motivity,in other words,the higher vocational college students have enough studying mitivity.The writer give three strategies on rectifying studying-weariness of higher vocational college students:(1)Inspire the vocational college students sdutying motivation,(2)Train the higher vocational college students' studying interests, correctitude studying attitude,(3)Strengthen the teachers training,change the traditional teaching patterns.
