Research On The Problems And Corresponding Measures Of Social Working Institutions Led And Operated By College Teachers

In recent years, the social problems brought about by social transformation and development become increasingly serious. So, how to solve this kind of problems has become a major issue in the aspect of people’s livehood for government. According to the important instruction in the central file about the development and improvement of people’s livelihoods, all provinces and cities continue to propel the development of social works and the establishment of corresponding working institutions. The social working institutions founded by college teachers the government also hopes to use the professional advantages of such social work organization to solve the social problems which appear in the construction of the peoples’ livelihood.This thesis is divided into three parts:Firstly, this paper systemizes and summarizes the social working institutions’ development in China by means of literature review. Secondly, as the main content of this paper, this part analyzes and summarizes the present structure of institution and main content of service of S social working institution in B city. Finally, this paper puts forward constructive opinions and suggestions to the social working institutions led and operated by college teachers upon summarizing relevant information and particular case of S social working institution.On the path of the implementation of college teachers attitude of first try and first study and the exploration of new developmental model of social working institution, with college teachers taking this opportunity, we can propel a professional development of social working institutions in China.
