A new round of curriculum reform advocates students to establish the correct values, advocating the cultivation of students’ active learning attitude, let the students can learn how to learn in access to knowledge and skills at the same time, learn to survive. In order to meet the request of new curriculum reform, primary school English teaching materials in the preparation of a into a large number of can let students "activities" column, and dispensed classroom activities in English primary school books. Activity teaching is able to meet the new curriculum reform for the purpose, has an important role to realize comprehensively improve the overall quality of students’ comprehensive ability of using English and students. The use of activity teaching is the creation of English teachers in a positive and creative direction and situation, to construct the subject of learning activity as the main form, through all the students active perception, experience, practice, participation, cooperation, exploration and thinking of subject activity, process step by step to construct the subjectivity of student learning. However, the implementation in practical activities in the process of teaching activities, but there are fewer activities form a single, student participation degree difference is too big, the activities of the implementation effect of inconsistent with expectations, students’ emotion attitude and values etc.. The effects of the implementation of teaching activities in a certain extent, the main reason for the lack of teaching quality of teachers, the activities of teaching hardware condition restriction and English teaching evaluation mode and the unscientific.Based on the grasp of the theory of activity teaching, combined with the present situation of primary school English teaching activities in our country at the present stage, the investigation on the implementation effect of primary school English classroom teaching activities, and the use of literature research, questionnaire survey, classroom observation, interviews and other research methods to clear the existing primary school English classroom teaching activities the problem, the pursuit of the reasons for its existence and based on the proposed improvement suggestions and mode construction. This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter and the research status at home and abroad has been combed presented in this study, the connotation of primary school English teaching activities are defined, based on this proposed the research significance and research methods and ideas.The second chapter establishes the theoretical basis of this study.The third chapter mainly puts forward the existing primary school English classroom teaching practice problems in.The fourth chapter is the analysis of existing in the primary school English classroom teaching activities in the problem of reason.The fifth chapter is based on the existing problems and the reasons of primary school English classroom teaching activities in primary school English teaching activities of the proposed model and mitigation strategies.
