With the implementation of the "Sports and Health" the new curriculum reform standards,explore effective teaching methods to improve the quality of teaching and students’ comprehensive ability of PE teaching has become a hot research field. In recent years, the development of education in China, there has also been a growing number of sports teaching methods. However, in terms of martial arts teaching, in the actual teaching process, martial arts project due to its professional features, as well as the concept has been subject to the constraints of traditional education ideas, Teaching martial arts have been using traditional teaching methods of teaching, although there are certain traditional teaching advantages, but the traditional teaching method of teaching is relatively simple, do not pay attention to students’ mental emotion, For the main body of students did not fully exploited, can not develop students ability to innovate, thus, is not conducive to the overall development of students.Use of teaching experience in martial arts teaching, designed to stimulate student interest in learning, attention to student’s psychological experience, students focus on the emotional culture in teaching students to play the main character, students active and innovative spirit,and so on.In this paper, the use of literature, questionnaires, experiments and mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other research methods, in order to experience teaching in martial arts Teaching for the study, in Changsha City Point City East town center in fourth grade two classes of students as experimental subjects experimental study for a period of four months,and the experimental data and questionnaires were processed and analyzed, validated experiential teaching compared to traditional teaching methods can not only improve the effectiveness of teaching, but also to play students in teaching the subject, and improve student learning initiative. Experience teaching for the future provide a practical basis in physical education applications. Through research and analysis of teaching experiments, the following conclusions:1. The use of teaching experience in martial arts teaching, can effectively stimulate students ’interest in learning, students’ enthusiasm and initiative, students learn martial arts right motivation.2. The use of teaching experience in martial arts teaching, can effectively improve the students ’self-satisfaction and emotional satisfaction, to enhance students’ self-confidence and a sense of accomplishment.3. The use of teaching experience in martial arts teaching, let the students through their own experience to gain knowledge, to improve students’ self-learning ability and ability to innovate.4. The use of teaching experience in martial arts teaching, which is beneficial to improve the level of student’s physical quality.5. The use of teaching experience in martial arts teaching, can complete the basic technology of teaching goal, but to little effect to improve the students’ martial arts skills level.
