| Martial arts teaching has long been discussed in the academic circles.Since the launch of the "Martial Arts into Campus" activity in primary and secondary schools in Shanghai,it has achieved brilliant achievements,but there are also some problems that need to be solved urgently in martial arts teaching.In the teaching process,teachers focus on the indoctrination teaching of individual skills,lacking the cultivation of interest in martial arts and special physical exercises.These problems need to be changed urgently.Based on this,campus martial arts reform is a crisis looming,and the hope of campus martial arts appears in the Chinese healthy physical education curriculum model proposed by Professor Ji Liu,which emphasizes three key points of exercise load,physical exercise and sports skills.What is lacking in teaching is very suitable for promoting the reform of martial arts classes.However,what impact will this teaching mode have on students’ martial arts learning in the implementation of martial arts teaching in junior high school?This is the urgent problem to be solved.In this research,48 students from two classes of junior high school in the middle school attached to SISU were divided into an experimental group and a control group by means of documentary analysis,questionnaire,experimentation and mathematical statistics,and a 20-class hour Wushu teaching was carried out.The experimental class and the control class adopt the Chinese healthy physical education curriculum model and the traditional physical education curriculum model respectively.The experimental group used the former program for teaching,and the control group used the latter program for teaching.After 20 class hours of teaching experiments,this research discusses the infection of the first-grade students’ learning interest,attitude,physical health level,special quality of martial arts and martial arts routine practice level under the Chinese health physical education curriculum model.After 20 hours of martial arts courses,the conclusions are as follows:1.Under the effect of the Chinese Healthy Physical Education Curriculum Model,the pleasure in learning martial arts of students in the experimental group is obviously higher than that of the control group students in the conventional physical education.2.The overall improvement of the physical education learning attitude of the experimental class is higher than that of the control class,indicating that the Chinese healthy physical education curriculum model can improve students’ learning attitude by improving students’ learning methods,increasing students’ interest and participation.3.Both classes have enhanced obviously in physical fitness level,but the advance in the experimental class is obviously greater than that in the control class.This may be affected by the three key points of the new teaching model.4.The special quality of martial arts in the experimental class has been greatly improved,while the improvement in the control class is not great.This may be related to the large number of physical exercises in the Chinese healthy physical education curriculum model and the concerns to the development of students’ good exercise habits.5.The scores of martial arts routines in the experimental group are obviously better than those in the control group.This effect may be affected by the emphasis on the cultivation of students’ interest in learning and competition exercises in the new teaching model. |
