Under the background of new curriculum reform, many have been to reform and renew education idea. How will the new course idea into teaching behavior of concrete, efforts to better each lesson is every teacher’s biggest hope. Breakthrough in the past "independent preparation" model, the collective lesson planning has become an important way of school and teacher preparation, preparation effect is far higher than the personal "independent preparation". Collective lesson preparation heavy difficulty is to teach the same subject teachers together to research in the textbook or introduce new information and new knowledge of the subject, is the teacher mutual effective forms of cooperation. Effective collective lesson planning should follow the principle of full participation, teaching efficiency priority principle, advanced principle, equality principle, goal orientation principle, process order principle, system according to the basic principles etc.However, in the implementation process of collective lesson preparation, appeared many problems of practice and the concept of misunderstanding. The junior middle school Chinese collective lesson planning problems are: wrong understanding of collective lesson planning, too much emphasis on the meaning of common personality, emphasizing cooperation competition ignore neglect. Faced by the class preparation into unit preparation, interdisciplinary knowledge reserve deficiency of such challenges.To solve these problems and challenges, starting with the concept and significance of junior high school Chinese collective lesson preparation should be clear for collective preparation for lessons, lessons to topic based, both division and cooperation, to create a good atmosphere of cooperation discussion, clever use of organizational skills, enhance the quality of collective lesson planning, vigorously to strengthen their own learning, seriously preparing lessons, call two times among teachers cooperation, strengthen coping strategies.
