With a wave of education reform and the advent of the era of knowledge economy, the society for talents is also put forward higher requirements. In order to further meet the needs of social development, better face the challenges of the new world, as the base of sports colleges and universities sports education talent cultivation must be timely change education idea, renewal education idea, and actively explore, research and ideas education adapt to the new teaching method, to ensure that the adaptability of teaching, scientific and creative. Teaching experience,it is one of the many new teaching methods, it is on the basis of the traditional teaching method, according to the teaching goal and students’ teaching feedback extension, is refers to the teachers in the teaching process, create the situation of some adapted to class content, let the student to experience, to add various interaction link, so as to mobilize students’ enthusiasm and initiative.Calisthenics, as a relatively comprehensive fitness project for music, dance,gymnastics, martial arts and other diverse elements into an organic whole, it has the fitness, healthy heart indivisibility, variability and harmony of action sports load is large, targeted, and it is in an atmosphere of joy, pleasure, passion in the gym, at the same time realize the knowledge, skills, technology, the growth of students,expressive of coordination, creativity, fitness, in order to achieve healthy heart and increase the overall efficiency of knowledge. In teaching process, the traditional single teaching method cannot fully conveying aerobics all knowledge and action, so,in the form of the new professor aerobics is imperative. So, in this paper, the application of experience teaching in colleges and universities aerobics study,aiming to solve the basis what theory, compared with the traditional teaching methods have what advantage and experience teaching problems such as how to better use.This research USES the literature material law, questionnaire investigation,expert interview method, experimental method, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis method and so on. Through theoretical basis of \ "experience teaching\", implementing principle and the analysis of teaching process, teachingview, understand the knowledge structure, the theory of experience teaching structure and teaching structure. At the same time this paper, taking the sports college in hunan university of science and technology level 2013 in the common class for the two social sports aerobics research experiments, the experimental data as a practice, through to the related data statistics and analysis, carries on the comparison to experience teaching and traditional teaching, thus draws the experience teaching advantage. After the argument of this paper is helpful to experience teaching method can in general colleges and universities aerobics is widely used in the common course, thereby enabling the popularity of college aerobics knowledge and action of grasp skilled.
