With the development of the basic education reform, people pay more and more attention to the social practice. As an important link of school education, the social practice has an irreplaceable role in students’ quality education. Social practice activities can improve the students’ multiple intelligences, inquiry ability, innovation ability,etc. At the same time, teachers should train students to gradually form a positive attitude towards life, shape healthy personality, and achieve comprehensive development goals, so that students can lay the foundation for the future after they graduate from the school.However, in our country there are few researches about the effective implementation of the social practice in junior middle schools. And the social practice has many deficiencies. This paper takes Jiangbei S Middle School as an example to carry on the investigation and analysis on the status of implementation of the social practice in junior middle schools. This paper finds that the practice subject’s initiative is not strong, the contents and the form are rigid, and the evaluation system is not reasonable. And it also has other issues. The study finds that the social practice is lack of operation mode and the attention it should have been paid. Many other factors, such as the low organizational level, the time, the expense, the security problem, and the terrible construction of practice bases, all affects the effective implementation of the social practice. In this paper, the writer determines the specific content and the form of the social practical activities according to the characteristics of physical and mental development of the theory of human’s all-round development and junior middle school students. According to the comprehensive quality evaluation and the theory of multiple intelligences, the writer determines the evaluation methods and the operational process. On the basis of these, the writer makes a practical plan. By using the method of action research, since September 2012 to September 2014,the writer has studied the students in two classes to carry out the plan under the guidance of the social practice activities. According to the record form, the examination table, students’ diaries and questionnaire, the writer analysis the effect of social practice.
