Study On China’s Compulsory Education Resources Allocation Evaluation System Based On BP Neural Network

In recent years, the balanced development of compulsory education has become a new important task of C hina’s compulsory education reform. A region of compulsory education resources allocation is an important factor affecting the balanced development of compulsory education in the region. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the educational resources allocation methods and principles, as well as the present stage our country compulsory education resources allocation, balanced and reasonable to use administrative means to facilitate the allocation of educational resources. An important part of compulsory education resources allocation evaluation is the development of compulsory education in the study, the purpose is to grasp the current situation of compulsory education in the allocation of resources, so as to provide the basis for the management department of educational administration in the process of the balanced allocation of educational resources.This paper first from the research on resources allocation of compulsory education in the related concepts and theory, in-depth analysis on the allocation of compulsory education resources to construct the evaluation system of the purpose, significance, contents and principles, combined with the research on the evaluation index system of educational resources at home and abroad were made, including the establishment of education infrastructure, teaching staff, education funds three categories of resources allocation of compulsory education evaluation system, the index system involves student campus area, student books quantity, average number of teachers and students, the ratio of computers, the proportion of full-time teachers, full- time teachers, the proportion of undergraduate student fixed assets, student teaching equipment and even the public finance budget education fee of nine concrete index. And determine the BP neural network was selected as the main evaluation of resources allocation of compulsory education evaluation system method.Secondly, in the introduction to the basic principle of BP neural network structure and learning algorithm, on the basis of the compulsory education resources allocation to be constructed by analyzing the structure and contents of the evaluation system and research.To explore the establishment of compulsory education resources allocation evaluation model of BP network analysis and treatment of concrete construction of input layer variables, hidden layer nodes selection principle, the selection method of transfer function, the training algorithm, the training parameters.Finally, this article is based on the BP neural network for case study evaluation system of compulsory education resources allocation. In the MATLAB software environment, based o n the data of ten provinces in C hina compulsory education resources allocation, create a structure for the 9-25-4 resource allocation of compulsory education evaluation based on BP neural network. And the simulation training system of the constructed, evaluation results and expected results are basically consistent, which indicates that the operability and practicability of compulsory education resources allocation evaluation system.
