| As an important part of higher education,higher vocational education shoulders the mission of training practical and skilled talents for national economic and social construction and development.The quality of students’ in-post internship in higher vocational colleges has an important influence on the final realization of talent training objectives.The quality evaluation of in-post internship is an important means for higher vocational colleges to strengthen the management of students’ in-post internship,deepen the reform of teaching and promote the development of connotation.Therefore,the high quality evaluation index system of in-post internship is an important guarantee for the training of high quality higher vocational talents.However,up to now,the quality evaluation of in-post internship in higher vocational colleges still adopts the traditional teaching quality evaluation paradigm,means and tools,ignoring the complexity of the system of in-post internship.The quality evaluation of in-post internship has become a weak link in the quality evaluation system of higher vocational education,and the function and value of quality evaluation have not been fully realized.Therefore,exploring the structural system and essential characteristics of students’ inpost internship,analyzing and studying the generation process and mode of in-post internship quality,constructing an quality evaluation index system for in-post internship,and using the quality evaluation index system to diagnose the quality of inpost internship has important theoretical significance and practical value for improving the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational education,strengthening internal management and quality monitoring in colleges.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the relevant research results of internship quality evaluation in higher vocational colleges at home and abroad as well as the realistic predicament of in-post internship quality evaluation in Chinese higher vocational colleges,this study takes vocational ability as the basic perspective,and uses literature research,participatory observation and interview,expert consultation,questionnaire survey,modeling based on neural network and other methods.This paper studies the internship system,quality evaluation system and internship quality diagnosis of students in higher vocational colleges.Firstly,based on the analysis of "complex network structure",this paper deconstructs the activity system of students’ in-post internship in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the essential characteristics of in-post internship in higher vocational colleges,and studies the generation process and mode of students’ in-post internship quality.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the connotation of quality evaluation of students’ in-post internship in higher vocational colleges,this paper constructs the theoretical system of quality evaluation of students’ in-post internship in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of ontology,axiology and methodology,and establishes the practice path of "dialogue and consultation,result-oriented,diagnosis and improvement" for this study.Secondly,based on objective factors such as the self-organization of evaluation activities,the non-linear and dynamic relationship between the generation and influencing factors of internship quality in higher vocational colleges,and the inability to determine the static weight of indicators,according to the existing form of internship quality evaluation content,a vocational internship quality evaluation index system including 2 first level indicators(namely two dimensions),7 second level indicators,and 23 third level indicators was constructed.The dimension of internship effectiveness(direct evidence of internship quality)is composed of four secondary indicators: student outcomes,teacher outcomes,enterprise benefits,and school benefits.The dimension of quality generation factors(factors that affect the generation of internship quality)is composed of three secondary indicators: prior factors,internship activities,and internship management.Thirdly,on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the domestic and foreign research results of artificial neural network theory and practical application of artificial neural network research results,put forward the application of artificial neural networkbased vocational college student in-post internship quality evaluation model,built the improved algorithm of Adaboost-RBF neural network evaluation expert model;The accuracy and effectiveness of the expert model of artificial neural network evaluation were verified by questionnaire survey of 250 school instructors,200 on-site internship enterprises and 1000 internship students,sample data were obtained and simulation experiments were conducted.The performance of Adaboost-RBF neural network evaluation expert model is compared with RBF neural network model,and its superiority is proved.Finally,taking H Vocational and Technical College as the research object,using the constructed student internship quality evaluation index system and the evaluation expert model based on artificial neural network,the internship quality of 86.1%(3867students)of H Vocational and Technical College in 2022 is quantitatively evaluated.The results show that: H Vocational and technical College students’ internship quality is "good".Through the analysis of the evaluation results,and combined with the actual situation of the current implementation of in-post internship in higher vocational colleges,the research finds that the problems existing in in-post internship in higher vocational colleges are mainly: Interns’ professional quality,learning ability and teachers’ professional quality have not been improved by in-post internship,students’ motivation to participate in practice is insufficient,school instructors lack of enterprise work experience,internship assessment is mere formality,etc.In view of the problems found in the research,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the perspectives of quality assurance,quality control and quality management informatization of in-post internship in higher vocational colleges. |
