| “Education needs to start from babiesâ€, so does English teaching. In our country, most areas have opened the English courses in Grade three, but how to make pupils learn English well is an important issue worthy of our attention and thinking. English is a very open, lively and interesting language, naturally, English class will be more lively and interesting. Due to the characteristics of the English, traditional teaching methods haven’t been fully met the needs of students, while modern teaching brings new chance to English teaching. The application of informational learning resources in English teaching in the primary school can not only help teachers in teaching knowledge, but also can attract students’ attention, which may improve teaching efficiency and enhance students’ interest in English teaching.After a series of investigation and research, it is easy to find that many problems existing in the process of modernization of primary school English teaching practice in most parts of our country, such as modern teaching equipment resources are scarce, schools haven’t organized teachers to receive professional training, teacher ’s information literacy is very low, teachers can’t make full use of the basic multimedia technology, the consciousness of teachers’ using informational learning resources is not strong, courseware or demonstration text is unreasonable and many other factors and so on. Facing a series of problems in the process of practice, in order to improve the efficiency of the primary school English teaching, we adopted the following optimization measures: such as enhancing regional modern teaching technology, letting more areas have the basic conditions of modern teaching as much as possible, training a group of professional teachers in using modern information technology, and offering some professional training and guidance, which make sure the teachers can be used them smoothly and completely and enhance the modern teaching and cultivate consciousness of teachers’ information literacy, letting people understand and realize the benefits of informational learning resources, enhancing the ability of teachers’ making beautiful courseware, etc. In addition, we did the detailed study in view of the relationship between the basic nature and main types of informational learning resources, the basic premise in using educational function and the manifestations and causes of not enough utilization in primary school English teaching, we give the corresponding basic strategy according to these problems. |
