| Teaching resources is one of the most important part in the process of teaching. It contains the material, energy and information, which can support teachers’ teaching. It is also an indispensable basic curriculum implementation factor during classroom teaching. Using teaching resources whether good or bad, directly affect the efficiency of classroom teaching, the establishment of good relationship between teachers and students, and even affect the students’ learning and development. With the advancement of new curriculum reform, concerned about the development and utilization of teaching resources become an important task of curriculum reform in basic education.In this study, on the basis of summarizing the relevant research results, referring to the relevant requirements of Senior High School English new curriculum standard, according to the actual situation of Senior High School English teachers using teaching resources, the writer used the classroom observation and interview methods, in order to know about the current situation and influencing factors of teachers using resources in Senior High School in Jinzhou. In the meantime, the writer also used questionnaire, in order to knowing more about the situation which teachers using teaching resources from the students. The main purpose of this study is to optimize the teaching resource utilization in Senior High School English classrooms and improve the efficiency of classroom teaching, creating a relaxed and happy English learning atmosphere for students. From the results, we know that, teaching resource utilization is in the medium level in Senior High School English classes, the problems are focus on these sides, firstly, teachers can’t break the traditional concept of imprisonment, they are lack of correct understanding of resources. secondly, most teachers are over relying on multimedia, and neglect students. thirdly, teachers always using simplex resource types, and low utilization. Then, the paper also analyzes the causes of these problems, and put forward some effectual advises. Firstly, the school managements should put themselves into the construction of teaching resources,in order to improving teachers’ teaching quality. Secondly, changing teachers’ education idea, help teachers set up the new teaching resources view. Thirdly, to establish the high quality of teacher training system, in order to promoting the smooth development in teacher training. Fourthly, to adjust the traditional education examination system, in order to reduce teachers’ work pressure effectively. Last but not least, to develop the correct consciousness of teaching resources for students, in order to improving students’ cognition of resources. |
