With the development of Information technology, the mobile phone from the initial singularity communication function to diversity functions, it includes communication, entertainment, business and multimedia functions. The mobile phone was quickly and widely used in economic, political, cultural and social. Compare with other medias, the mobile phone is the most strongest in propagation, the widest influence in medias and very convenient to play. The mobile phone’s diversity functions has been attracted more and more college students to use it, it becomes the most influenced on college student’s study and life. Use the mobile phone to carry out the college student’s ideological and political education, it can expand the way of college student’s ideological and political education, it will enhance the effectiveness of college student’s ideological and political education.The whole passage under the guide of ideological and political education theory、communication theory、 integration theory, it uses the literature research, analogy method and mobile phone simulation method to demonstrate it.
