Research On College Students’ Ideological And Political Education Based On Mobile Phone Media

In the new period, college students need to be armed with scientific theory. Ideological andpolitical education workers’ important tasks are to guide college students to build new cognition ofthe world, make plan of their life and measure the values of life correctly. Besides of insistingtraditional ideological and political education and exerting its effects, we should reinforce itsimprovement and innovation. Mobile phone media develops rapidly and its users increasecontinually. It brings more and more changes to people’ life and communication. As mobile phonemedia enters into college campus, it influences college students’ life, open their horizon, and theirthoughts and behaviours are all influenced. At present, college students’ ideological and politicaleducation based on mobile phone media acquires some achievements. Making use of mobile phonemedia can make up the disadvantages of traditional ideological and political education in somedegree and promote the innovation of college students’ ideological and political education. Theefficiency of ideological and political education is improved by the use of mobile phone media.Meanwhile, our country’s ideological and political education researchers’ work focus is changing.On the basis of previous research, the author approaches college sthdents’ ideological and politicaleducation based on mobile phone media from the following aspects.PartⅠ: The overview of mobile phone media and college students’ ideological and politicaleducation. Based on the analyses of mobile phone media’ definitions and features, this partdiscusses the great meaning that mobile phone media becomes college students’ ideological andpolitical education’s new carrier and opportunities and challenges taking by it.Part Ⅱ: The analyses of actualities of college students’ ideological and political educationbased on mobile phone media. Through the analyses of current situation of the use of mobile phonemedia in college students’ ideological and political education and its insufficients, this part makespreparations for the next part to propose coping measures.Part Ⅲ: The new developments of college students’ ideological and political education basedon mobile phone media. The part is the core of whole thesis. On the basis of preceding parts’research and disscussion of the actual situation of college students’ ideological and politicaleducation with the use of mobile phone media, this part proposes concrete measures that willpromote the new developments of college students’ ideological and political education based onmobile phone media and propel the innovation of college students’ ideological and political education work.
