The new media increasingly changingpeople’s ideas,lifestyle and behavior. Nowadays, in the campus of the university, youcan see that the students play mobile phones everywhere. So we know that nearlyeveryone has a mobile phone in the university now. On one hand, the rapiddevelopment of the mobile new media brings a rare opportunity to the ideological andpolitical education work. On the one hand, the rapid development of the mobile newmedia brings a rare opportunity to the ideological and political education work.Onthe other hand, with the development of mobile phone technology and functionalityupdates, the phone new media posed a serious test for the ideological and politicaleducation of college students. How to effectively use the phone new media andoccupied the mobile new media propaganda initiative is an important issue forideological and political educators.
