In A One-Hundred Year Strategy of a Nation, education Is The Most Important Basic. With the development of the society, education becomes more and more important. Education plays a role in social progress will be even more significant is more decisive. As the material resources primarily to give priority to the social transformation of human resources, the talent war is going more intense, the longitudinal flow of the growing role of education to promote society.Improvement of the education quality and the cultivation of talents both depend on teachers, without an excellent team of teachers, the development of education and function will be impossible. It is because the development of our country, the improvement of our society, talents’ training need education, the construction of teachers’ team is particularly important. Every year, there will be a lot of new teachers to enter teaching team, to inject fresh impetus to the construction of teachers.The influx of new teachers is growing teachers team construction. But look from the status, the new teacher in the induction period of the situation is not optimistic. After four years of normal university study, the role of the students graduated from normal university changes suddenly, they become teachers. The change of role and the lack of experience in teaching make the new teachers be at a loss to anxiety when they are working. In the face of confusion, if the new teachers can’t deal with these problems, it will discourage new teachers’ work. The new teacher professional development will also be affected.New teachers will meet many problems when they are in the induction period of teaching. All the problems come from our country,society and schools. In this paper, through investigation and interview to the new teachers are faced with the problem are analyzed, it’s grouped into two broad categories.Such from the country’s social problems and schools as the external factors, new teachers as the internal factors. And according to the problems caused by external factors and internal factors, put forward to improve pre-service teachers’ education system, normal colleges broaden the channels of choose and employ persons, education administrative department of the relevant policy formulation and implementation, to improve the effectiveness of the new teacher induction education training of primary school, strengthen the training for primary school and validity, to build the school environment suitable for the growth and development of new teachers, making a good career planning, to raise their professional quality actively, break through self and arouse the consciousness of independent development, and subjective initiative into full play, trying to use these ways to solute the problems when new teachers meet in the induction period of teaching.
