With the unceasing development of gas volleyball, people are getting to konw its fitness value. Nowadays, gas volleyball, which is oriented to the middle-aged and old at the beginning, has become popular with all age groups, and it is the trend that more younger people are taking part in the sport. In the circumstance, in Fujian, of which traditional strongholds is volleyball, gas volleyball has been developing in full swing, and good results have been achieved. But participation of youger group, which differs each other among regions, leads to a state of imbalace within the provincial scope.
