| China University Volleyball League(CUVA)is the first volleyball special sport facing college group so far,and it is the highest level volleyball league for college students.Adhering to the tenet of "Youth Health struggle beyond",the League has experienced 13 years of ups and downs.The purpose of holding Chinese college volleyball league is to enrich college students' extracurricular cultural life,popularize volleyball knowledge and sports,improve the level of volleyball in colleges and universities,and create a good atmosphere for cultivating high-level volleyball talents and sports talents in China.Since the competition began in 2006,volleyball management in the Ministry of Education University Sports Association,General Administration of physical Education The center,the support and joint efforts of college volleyball players and all walks of life,the construction of the competition system,the perfection of the schedule and system,the spread of volleyball culture,the management and operation of the match,the construction of the competition system,the improvement of the competition schedule and the competition system,The comprehensive guarantee of the league and the promotion and dissemination of the competition brand have achieved good social effects,and also accumulated rich experience in organizing the tournament.But behind this achievement college volleyball league also faces many problems and contradictions to be solved.The future development of the league is also a huge opportunity and challenge.The future of the league is expected by all volleyball practitioners.This article takes the development course and the future development trend of Chinese college student volleyball league as the research object,adopts the literature material method,the field research method,the SWOT analysis method,the contrast analysis method and so on.This paper makes an objective analysis and exploration on the development course and future trend of Chinese college students volleyball league in the past 13 years,and provides a certain theoretical basis for the sustainable development of Chinese college students volleyball league.The research draws the following conclusions.1.The Chinese College Volleyball League was founded in Beijing in 2006.The development of the league has gone through three stages:exploration stage(2006-2009),development stage(2010-2017),and improvement stage(2018-present).2.There are internal advantages and disadvantages in the development of the league:internal advantages:the attention of the school leaders and all walks of life;the enthusiasm of school participation is high;the number of participating groups is huge,the characteristics of the participating groups;and the organization of the event is reasonable.Internal disadvantages:the league competition system can be further improved;the overall competitive level of the tournament is not high;the coach ability is not strong;the appreciation of the competition is lacking;the students and students of student athletes and athletes are distinct,the overall quality of sports players is not high;There is a lack of scientific and reasonable training programs on the part of the players.3.There are external opportunities and threats in the development of the league:external opportunities:since the reform and opening up,the support of national policies and the development of social economy have made the sports industry flourish rapidly,the exchange of sports culture at home and abroad is increasing day by day.The spread and development of women' s volleyball spirit has expanded the social market effect:sports star effect has made volleyball culture more popular:social media propaganda;sponsors active support.External threats:the overall influence ability of volleyball and the development of industrial economic market are influenced by other audience events;domestic league is maturing day by day.4.Perfect and optimize the training system of volleyball talents,improve the overall quality level of athletes,scientifically rationalize training,pre-post training for volleyball coaches in colleges and universities,adjust the way of propaganda of the events,and improve the brand influence of the events.Adjust the management mode of investment and the level of business operation to realize the sustainable development strategy of volleyball talents.5.Adhere to the "combination of sports and education" is the inevitable trend of the development of volleyball reserve talents,strive to achieve the sustainable development strategy of talents,improve the cultural literacy of volleyball players is the core competitiveness of the future development of the league.Expand volleyball competition market,promote the development of sports industry in colleges and universities,formulate competition rules that are more in line with college students,and adjust the competition system reasonably. |
