Sociological Interpretation Of Environmental Issues Under The Perspective Of Actors

The environmental behavior game between different actors is the important cause of environmental problems. Qingdao coastal tourist area is the sound functions of leisure tourism, the tourism landscape development, infrastructure construction, policy system planning, are more mature development, but there are some environmental problems in the region, added obstacles for further development. This article is based on environmental sociology as a starting point, in the perspective of environmental behavior of social agents, combined with the relevant academic research results, and based on author’s actual investigation, to analysis the connections between actors, in Qingdao coastal tourist area, behavior and environmental problems related, to make sociological interpretation of the formation mechanism of environmental problems, to provide ideas for the improvement of the environmental problems.This paper discussed the environmental problems forming mechanism of Qingdao seashore leisure tourist area through literature research and field investigation from the perspective of the actors. Through field investigation of Qingdao seashore tourist area, respectively, market actors, government actors and individual actors three behavior subjects of environmental behaviors were analyzed, and find out the connections between the three actors environmental behavior characteristics and the environmental problems. And from the perspective of social ecological chain theory to analyze the interactions between different actors subject, summarizes the different actors in environmental behavior and environmental problems are inseparable. Public space, individual actors, market actors and government actors as main components in the social ecological chain, the behavior interaction between them contributed to the formation, evolution and goverance of environmental problems. Finally, the analysis concluded that the environmental behavior characteristics of the different actors owners, the environmental behavior of game between the owner of the public space and users, providers and producers, are the main cause of environmental problems. Individual actors’natural and social properties are fundamental factors in the environmental problems causes, the profit-driven of environmental behavior between the different actors exacerbated the current situation of environmental problems. Chinese government-led environmental governance characteristics and the drawbacks of the environmental behavior of different actors of their own, needs the government to continue to bear the leader position in ecological management of the environment and ecological civilization construction, formulate the corresponding social norms, correctly guide the environmental behavior of different actors, build positive interactive network model among the government-oriented different actors subject. In order to build Qingdao seashore leisure tourist area into leisure marine ecological civilization demonstration area.
