The Present Situation And Forecast Research Of The Sports Venue Construction Of Systems Of Fujian Province

We should know the existing numbers, distributions and usages of sports venues as well as their development and changes, and allocate sports venues and facilities scientifically in order to implement the guiding principles of the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC, to meet the need of comprehensive construction of well-off society and people’s diversified bodybuilding and to promote coordinated development of sport undertakings and social economy. Sport grounds are important material bases to build up people’s health, enrich their spiritual and cultural life and raise athletic level. Government also provide public sports services through sports venues. Through the methods of literature, mathematical statistics, econometric model and logical analysis, the paper made an analysis of the census data of the Sixth National Sport-Site Investigation. Having a general understanding of the construction and development of sport venues of systems in Fujian Province, a correlation analysis on the construction of sports venues of systems and socioeconomic development indicators was made. Following the principle of index construction, unit root test on indicators of sport grounds construction and socioeconomic development was applied. Due to excessive with order stationary index, stepwise regression analysis on integrated of order was made to screen out indicators that have max influences on the construction of sport venues. Finally, using cointegration theory to establish ECM model to forecast developing trend of sports venues of systems in Fujian Province by the year of 2020. Research shows that Fujian’s sport venues will present rapid development in 2020. The number of sport venues of sport systems is expected to reach 1615,1.68 times more than that in 2013. The area of sport venues is expected to reach 1069.87 thousands of square meters,2.30 times more than that in 2013. Investigation on sport grounds is expected to reach 30530850 thousand yuan,4.23 times more than that in 2013. The number of sport grounds of education systems is expected to reach23648,1.10 times more than that in 2013. The area of sport venues of education systems is expected to reach4382.01 thousands of square meters,1.38 times the size of that in 2013. Investigation on sport venues of education systems is expected to reach 1312236thousand yuan,1.81times more than that in 2013. The number of sport venues of other systems is expected to reach 84703,2.1 times more than that in 2013. The area of sport venues of other systems is expected to reach 3570.96 square meters,1.52 times the size of that in 2013.
