In this paper, with "3+2" mode of research starting from the connotation, the enrollment work, cohesion, cohesion and management professional curriculum connection four practice analysis of Fujian province "3+2" model of running state, find out the problem on the convergence. Enrollment in higher education cost, the existence of occupation understanding channel is narrow, the traditional concept of vocational education bias problems; lack of professional guidance, the lack of professional characteristics support problems existing in professional cohesion; teaching plan, curriculum execution of voluntary unreasonable, the proportion of the problem of insufficient training arrangement of curriculum articulation; vocational students learning motivation, lack of supervision the problem of lack of cohesion in management. The causes of these problems from the three level, school level, school level, is due to the lack of different levels of education in Higher Vocational Colleges exchange new low; level of education administration, is due to the lack of guidance of centralized management is not in place, the relevant administrative department; social angle, is due to the employment qualifications threshold increase, "ordinary high school" the impact of the tide.In order to solve the above problem, also four aspects should be started, one is the enrollment work countermeasure, strengthen occupation education of junior high school stage guide; strengthen liaison school cooperation; strengthening policy support. Two is a professional connection countermeasure, clear professional personnel training requirements; establish the distinctive professional set up professional adjustment mechanism. Three is a course of cohesion measures, reasonable arrangement of curriculum content; adopting modular curriculum organization mode; the implementation of credit system; educational resources sharing. Four is the management interface countermeasures, the establishment of teaching quality monitoring organization; establishment of the entrance selection mechanism and the preparatory class.
