A new approach to The teaching reform of basic education in China is Integration of information technology and Curriculum in twenty-first century, information technology education has gradually shifted from skill training to information literacy training, computer course has became an obligatory course for training students’ information literacy. It is very necessary to improve the teaching methods of the computer courses for the low class atmosphere and the old teaching mode of the information technology, etc.This research combines the Flipped Classroom Teaching Mode, the Collaborative Learning Mode and the junior middle school information technology curriculum on the basis of analyzing a large number of relevant literature and teaching cases, then it carries out instructional design and applies the design to the whole teaching activity including before class, in class and after class, the study also enrich the implementation process and organization mode of the collaborative learning mode in the flipped classroom, the whole teaching activities run through collaborative inquiry activities. Finally, the study analyzes the application results of the new model by Classroom practice, questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, the practice proves that the new model can effectively improve the students’ interest in learning computer and the ability of independent research and collaborative communication,the new mode also obviously improves students’ learning effect and Information technology capability, his study provides ideas and reference for the information technology curriculum of junior high school.
