| As the times progress, the ideological and political literacy of citizens are required to the newer and higher command. Besides,the assessment of literacy has been making by the Programme for International Student Assessnet(PISA). Consequently,the topic of literacy is drew to the focus.Ideological and political subjects which undertakes the fundamental function of promoting the students’ socialization is high school compulsory course.Hence,it’s significant for the research of high school students’ ideological and political discipline literacy and training strategies to implement the party’s education policy and realize the value of ideological and political discipline.The methods such as documentary researchã€systems analysisã€interview and so on are used in the paper,where framework and content of high school students’ ideological and political discipline are defined and demonstrated systematically. In addition, with the purpose of solving problems during the cultivation of literacy,the paper gives strategies and suggestion.The paper proceeds the frame structure of high school students’ Ideological and political subjects from the meaning and characteristic of it,using the experience of the OECD’s thinking about core literacy definition and other subjects.Besides,the concept and elements of Ideological and political subjects is illustrated in detail.
