Teacher education activity is the dialogue between people, is the communication between individual and individual life, is a kind of mind collision and blending of personality, is an important way for a sophisticated educator to enrich the education emotion, acquire wisdom, and accumulate teaching experience, is a necessary way for humble learners to enrich their own knowledge system, improve personal ability, and realize self value.Based on some theories such as pedagogy, education psychology, social psychology, theory of lifelong education, teachers’ knowledge structure theory and Chinese teaching psychology, teacher education, and teachers’ career development theory, adaptation theory and teachers’ professional development, the author use literature method, survey method, analysis method, interviews and other research methods, from the five aspects of Chinese beginning teachers as professional intention,professional preparation, relationship adjustment, teaching ability and social support,this paper conducts a systematic and comprehensive investigation on the adaptation problems of Middle school Chinese beginning teachers in Zhenyuan, Qingyang.The study found that the rural Chinese beginning teachers have insufficient professional faith persistence, pre-service preparation and teaching ability, have difficulties in adapting interpersonal relationship, and have no enough support system and social management.In view of the above situation, to improve the rural Chinese beginning teachers’ ability to adapt to work and harden beginning rural Chinese teachers’ professional beliefs in rural area and decrease the teachers’ losing rate, it is needed to guide their career intention and improve their career preparation. The beginning language teacher needs debugging of the interpersonal relationships and the improvement to teaching ability, which can help eliminate professional loneliness and improve Chinese teachers’ teaching proficiency. Finally, the social management and support system need four steps as “implement, improve, improve and promote” in an orderly way. Namely, the implementations of colleges and universities employment guidance work, the improvement of induction training work of the school and the education bureau, and the school support strategies and the promotion of the novice language teacher’s continue education work.In conclusion, a good beginning is half the success, the language teacher to be appointed in the entry stage of the first few years of his career, is a key period of vocational adjustment, a teacher in rural Chinese teacher as first-line teachers, their orientation to adapt to difficult has a certain universality.
