Of this thesis by analyzing the relationship between informal working family support and work-family conflict to explore the role of one of the mechanisms to help organizations develop more effective management measures, and enhance the soft power.According to340valid questionnaires from six aerospace organizations,the data obtained by questionnaire analysis of descriptive statistical tests, multiple stepwise regression analysis, and Mediating effect.Research data show:time requirements and staff concerns can significantly anticipate the level of work family conflict, supervisor support and colleague support can not significantly anticipate the level of work family conflict. Workload play a mediating effect in the time requirements and staff concerns anticipate the level of work family conflict.Conclusions of this study are as follows:1) Only less demanding overtime, flexible working hours and little staff concerns, staff report less work family conflicts.2) Supervisors support and colleague support help ease psychological pressure, but not directly reduce work family conflicts.3) Time requirements, staff concerns can significantly anticipate work-family conflict, both throw Supervisors support and colleague support indirect effects of work-family conflict, and then informal support of organizations joint action to reduce work-family conflict.
