As the high school chemistry education since the new curriculum reform, both need to cultivate the students’ scientific literacy, and must pay attention to the students’ test scores. However, due to the high school curriculum subjects, students’ learning task is heavier, and learning effect can not be immediate, students it is easy to produce tired, classroom learning efficiency will be discounted. How to better mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of student learning, to better improve the efficiency of classroom teaching, to better the construction of a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, etc., are all education workers have to think about and efficient to solve priority. "Level interaction" as a kind of current classroom teaching mode, it was familiar to the masses of cooperative learning group and a perfect combination of interaction between teachers and students. Compared with other current teaching mode of simplification, hierarchical interactive teaching mode can not only balance the classroom group members hierarchical accept understanding ability, and both teachers efficient classroom teaching goals. Its maneuverability is strong, students willing to accept and can improve the learning efficiency and learning, and cultivate the students’ sense of team spirit and competition, and can make teachers into the students in the form of more reasonable and scientific knowledge learning, cooperation, competition and comprehensive ability to improve. Because of adapting to the current situation of the education reform, the teachers and students can be easily accepted and put into practice. The hierarchy of interactive teaching mode to improve research, mainly from the following two aspects:1. Through the questionnaire survey and interview analysis summary influence level in the form of interaction between teachers and students in high school teaching practice encountered some restricting factors, to find some practical and feasible improvement scheme.2. Analysis of the level of interaction in the high school chemistry classroom should have features, maximum limit to find suitable for interactive teaching mode of chemistry class hierarchy model and implement, to make the will not be able to improve the correct reflection of the hierarchical interactive teaching mode.Implementation of interactive teaching mode, hierarchy needs both class collaboration between team members, also requires teachers to good content needs to be completed by the class target completes the systematic planning, so as to maximize hierarchical interactive teaching model for students’ learning progress and teachers’ business quality improve synchronization and efficient. In hierarchical interactive teaching mode in the process of constantly improve, advancing with The Times after education ideas, to be accepted by the public recognition and modern basic education classroom.
