The competition for the comprehensive national power of a country is for innovative talents,and how to cultivate students’ innovative ability and fully exploit their potential requires important attention to education.The traditional teacher-oriented teaching model suppresses students’ natural abilities and buries their talents and potentials,making the classroom inefficient and uninspiring for students,making it difficult to cultivate highquality talents.Therefore,it is important to innovate the teaching model,change the teaching philosophy of teachers,and build high-quality classrooms with students as the main subjects in order to promote students’ diversified development and lay the foundation for their development.This paper firstly,by combing the development history of interactive teaching mode and talent cultivation mode,takes the teaching mode focusing on developing students’ core literacy in chemistry as the research object,constructs the interactive teaching mode and designs teaching cases according to certain teaching principles and processes,studies the effect of this teaching mode in developing students’ core literacy in chemistry teaching in high school through teaching practice,and finally makes a summary reflection and draws the following conclusions:(1)The teaching model focusing on the development of students’ core literacy in chemistry is based on education,psychology and other related disciplines,which is in line with the Marxist concept of knowing and doing;it emphasizes the autonomy,uniqueness and integrity of human beings,which is in line with the theory of humanism;it emphasizes the differences in students’ cognitive activities or approaches to different subjects and abilities,which is in line with the theory of diversified intelligence.In this teaching model,the taskdriven concept of education is oriented to students as an activity,which organically unifies the "teaching,learning and doing" of teachers and students,and reflects the concept of equality and democracy.(2)The interactive teaching model in high school chemistry teaching can improve the quality of chemistry teaching and develop students’ core literacy in chemistry.This model focuses on students’ basic skills and academic performance,and pays attention to students’participation in the classroom,as well as interaction and communication between teachers and students,and takes the initiative to create a stage for students to showcase,truly putting students as the main body.In the teaching process,teachers focus on developing students’chemical thinking,laboratory skills and logical thinking,and strengthening students’independence,exploration and cooperation.(3)The interactive teaching model focusing on the development of students’ core literacy in chemistry combined with the group cooperation model is conducive to the cultivation of students’ interest,motivation,attitude and cooperation ability in chemistry learning;academic performance proves that the implementation of the interactive teaching model can effectively improve academic performance and facilitate the improvement of students’learning autonomy;classroom performance is found to have a greater increase in studentteacher interaction,which largely Teacher evaluations and interviews showed that students’chemistry core literacy had been improved,and their innovative thinking,learning efficiency,and ability to cooperate and investigate independently had changed substantially.Therefore,the interactive teaching model focusing on the development of students’ core literacy in chemistry is effective and efficient. |
