Abstract:Preschool education is that children start school from 3 to 6 years old. People strengthen the education with the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education. People also learn about the importance of early child education and it has been a new focus of education in the 21st Century. Because preschool education is in the ascendant, both parents and the society not only have new requirements to preschool education, but also look forward to new early child educators. The key to have quality of education is the quality of educators and the quality of educators is dependent on their education experiences. Besides, training mode has affect on the quality of education. Therefore, it is very important to study the training mood of early child education bachelor degree in China.This article takes the training mood of early child education bachelor degree in China as a topic. It is divided into six parts:The first part is introduction. It explains the ways we used to collect materials for the study. Then we conclude related studies of preschool education at home and abroad and decide to learn about the training mood of early child education bachelor degree in our country with four points:training target, curriculum system, teaching method and evaluation management. The second part is to define the concepts involved this study, such as preschool education, preschool educational profession, training mood and training mood of preschool education bachelor degree in our country. We card the development history of early child education. We find that training mood includes training target, curriculum system, teaching method and evaluation management. We also introduce the theories in training mood of preschool education bachelor degree at colleges and universities like the theory of humanistic learning, the theory of total quality management and the theory of person-position fit. The third part is to learn about status of early child education bachelor degree training mood in our colleges and universities based on two advanced normal schools in Jiangsu Province by questionnaire, interview and document. The fourth part is to analyze the problems and factors of early child education bachelor degree training mood in our colleges and universities in training target, curriculum system, teaching method and evaluation management. The fifth part is to introduction the training mood of early child education at Hong Kong Institute Education as reference for colleges and universities in our country. At the last part, we suggest that we could reform the training mood of early child education bachelor degree in China with training target, curriculum system, teaching method and evaluation management by drawing from Hong Kong Institute of Education based on the related theory of education.
