If we can get to know the specific situation of the private kindergarten director occupational stress, can through the corresponding social support to mitigate their career under pressure.This research through analyzing three city Nanchong, Dazhou, Guangan in Sichuan province, covering YueChi, Qianfeng, LangZhong, Yilong, Kaijiang, Quxian country,about 20 counties, including 80 kindergarten about Red Cross international inNanchong,golden apple in Guangan, red light in Dachuan, based on 200 and questionnaire survey was conducted in the kindergarten. Using SPSS16.0 statistical analysis of data processing, according to the investigation result shows that:1. The private kindergarten director occupational stress in a moderate level of sichuan province. Through to the professional line pressure seven dimensions into the demographic analysis, at the monthly income level, the level of 2000-3000 director is bigger than 3000 and above levels of the principal stress; At degree level, specialist qualifications of the principal stress is better than bachelor degree; Nature in the garden,private owned the kindergarten occupational stress significantly higher than that of enterprises and joint ventures of the kindergarten; In farm scale, more than 16 class and size of the kindergarten class professional pressure is lower than 15 and below the level of the kindergarten.2. Through to the director of social support were analyzed, and the results show that the director is in the medium high level of social support, support is better.Demographic analysis of social support, again found in terms of director of gender, the female’s objective support and support degrees higher than the male; In terms of age, the age slightly low, subjective support, the better; In marriage, married and unmarried director in both subjective and objective support are higher than divorce; On working hours, social support is at a level 5-8 hours of kindergarten exploitation degree higher than 8 hours or more levels of kindergarten.3. An analysis of the relevant director in the occupational stress and social support,found between the two has a certain significance, and negative correlation.Based on the results of the study for further genetic analysis and interviews, to further put forward the reasonable use of social support, alleviate the pressure of the director in the profession.
