Our country is an union multination socilist country,highlight and promote the development of pre-school education.it is decided by nation nature and fit the benefit construction which is unity in diversity. the State council enacted the education revolution and develop planning outline during medium and long stage(2010-2020) in 2010 which firstly put forward the stategy goal that basically popularize pre-school education.the state concil ‘instruction about pre-school revolution state explicitly that country carry on the boost pre-school education program in rural area,focus on support middle and western area.Central financial set the special fund to aid the pre-school development in remote poor area and nation area.With the 12 five-year plan’closely ending,whether the goal has been reached and what issues is existed is deserved to further focused and researched. This article uses the literature,questionnaire and interview to gather data to study the popularized ways in Gannan Tibetan and Linxia Hui autonomous prefecture,attempt to draw more people’ attention on the preschool education popularization in nation area,further support and aid the preschool education developed actively.Through the investigation,researcher get that the main measures in Gannan Tibetan autonomous prefecture list as following:carry on the three-year preschool education freely in some area;build and expand a lots of public kindergarten;support and encourage private kindergarten and make it;specification.combined the regular and irregular teaching mode,positively to probe the bilingual education in pre-school stage;strength the teacher’ supply and training.the results is as following:promote the children’ population to study in kindergarten.increase the number of kindergarten and the kindergarten entrance rate.the supply teacher has increased continuously;the education fund add by years and basically form the multilevel input structure.the guarantee mechanism further get perfect. the preschool education got development to some extent in country area.Meanwhile on one hand,the Gannan Tibetan autonomous prefecture get some effects,on the other hand confronts some inevitable issues:the contrary about the shortage of education resources sum and waste of the partial resources;the limit of local financial input;the new kindergarten has no next funding support;the shortage of teacher and the single way to supply;the coordination contrary has highlight in pre-school education.Deal with the above issues,researcher dig out the reason and put forward corresponding suggestion:firstly carry out the one-year kindergarten freely;construct the pre-school education service system in nation area;focus on farming and pastoral area,come true the pre-school education popularization;perfect the teacher guarantee system in nation area,enlarge power to supply and training teacher.
