In recent years, with the increasing of child sex abuse events, more and more medias and parents begin to pay attention to the problem of male and female children in kindergarten going to the same toilet. Facing the current situation and the children’s troubles and curiosity of going to the same toilet, people begin to question the current situation of male and female children in kindergarten going to the same toilet, kindergarten shouldmen and women into the toilet became the focus of controversy. Whether kindergarten toilet should be divided into for male and female children became the focus of controversy.The paper understood and analyzed the characteristics of children’s cognition and attitude on male and female children in kindergarten going to the same toilet by conducting structural interviews with 360 children aging from 3 to 6 years old, and compared differences in the cognition and attitude on male and female children in kindergarten going to the same toilet in different factors such as gender,age and urban area and downtown area.Through analysing interview materials, the researcher found three conclusions. Firstly, it makes children psychological feeling very shy that the male and female children in kindergarten go to the same toilet; Secondly, all the children like that the kindergarten toilet can be divided into for male and female children and there are not differences in the cognition and attitude on it in different factors such as gender,age and urban area and downtown area; Thirdly, the male and female children like that the kindergarten toilet can be divided into,but there are differences in Attribution.Finally, by analyzing the characteristics of children’s cognition and attitude on male and female children in kindergarten going to the same toilet and its related factors, the researcher proposed some suggestions and countermeasures of improving the present situation of male and female children in kindergarten going to the same toilet. Firstly, the creation of kindergarten physical environment should listen to the voices of children; Secondly, the Kindergarten should seek balance between education management convenience and children’s sex education; Thirdly, kindergarten could take feasible strategies for the toilet’s separation by sexual distinction; Fourthly, by the toilet’s separation, let the body appear in sex education.
