Teenagers' physical training is a key factor affecting teenagers' physical and mental health.Education and physical education are both related to teenagers' growth and success,and to the vital interests of the people.They all shoulder the responsibility of cultivating talents and promoting people's all—round development.The implementation of the reform of the physical examination system takes all the achievements of physical training as hard indicators,which occupies an important part of the total scores of the examination.With the formal implementation of the double reduction policy,students' physical exercise time increases,which makes parents have a new understanding of the value of their children's physical education.Parents play an important role in the socialization of their children.To a large extent,parents' physical literacy affects their children's cognition,behavior and attitude in physical training.Parents' cognition,behavior,coping attitude and other comprehensive factors are all important factors affecting their children's participation in physical training.The influence of parents' cognition,behavior and attitude on children's physical education is closely related.On the basis of the research on the influence of physical education entrance examination on students,teachers and school teaching,and from the social perspective of parents' cognition,behavior and attitude,this paper takes the parent groups participating in off-campus physical education training institutions as a new perspective of research,through the characteristics of different parent groups,parents' anxiety and expectation for their children's sports,parents' cognitive level,behavior concept and attitude towards coping process,etc.This paper reveals the present situation of parents' cognition,behavior and attitude influenced by their children's participation in physical training outside school,analyzes the path and reflects the realistic difficulties and problems to be solved.Taking the physical examination system as a social situation variable,it explores the main factors that influence different types of parents' groups,parents' cognitive attitudes and behavior concepts on their children's physical training intervention,and enriches the theoretical connotation and practice with systematic empirical research.First,he study of parents' cognitive factors,from parents' cognition of the policy system of physical education entrance examination,cognition of sports training institutions,cognition of m sports training institutions,and attention to children in different aspects,reflects the parents' influence on their children's educational philosophy,their children's training objectives and educational priorities,and reflects the influence of their children's participation in buying hope in off—campus physical training on parents' cognitive level.It is found that parents don't know much about the system of the senior high school entrance examination for physical education and sports training institutions.However,after their children attend M sports training institutions,parents pay more attention to the development of their children's lifelong sports consciousness,and the cognitive demands of such intervention increasingly occupy a prominent position in parents' educational philosophy.Second,the study on the behavioral factors of parents found that from the change of parents' anxious to conceptual and then to engaged behavior,most parents gave birth to emotion because of their physical fitness,which changed their behavior concept of not paying attention to the benefits brought by their children's physical fitness,health and other sports activities,but only only caring about the scores in the physical examination.Taking the initiative to let children have more time to participate in sports activities and physical training will also recognize and establish the lifelong sports consciousness of nothing is better than having a good body.The change of behavior concept from recognition to attention makes parents feel the influence of physical education on their children's health and growth in more aspects.Thirdly,the study on the attitude factors of parents found that parents are not optimistic in the process of coping with their children's physical training,which is mainly manifested in three points: First,parents are not aware of their own roles and are absent from their children's sports activities;Second,parents have insufficient confidence in counseling their children's physical training programs,and their self—efficacy is low.Most parents play the role of bystanders in participating in their children's physical training and passively participate in sports activities.Third,the communication and cooperation between parents and schools are insufficient.Parents are only outsiders in school management and are in a passive acceptance position,mechanically executing the instructions and orders of schools.Therefore,the role of parents as active subjects in their children's physical training has not been effectively played,and most parents are only passive collaborators.The article holds that the core purpose of parents' spending on their children's physical education entrance examination is to buy hope : parents regard their investment in their children's physical education entrance examination as a means to promote their children's success,and gain the promotion of social class status through the accumulation of cultural capital,which is related to the family's hope in the future.With the continuous expansion of the sports market in C city and the stimulation of demand,parents' anxiety is constantly being created and upgraded.Through the change of cognitive attitude intervention for children to understand,choose and participate in sports training,and the children's participation in M sports training gives birth to feeling because of physical fitness,parents' own sports activities,habits,cognition,behavior and attitude are also affected,and the intervention for their children will become more and more strong.However,due to the escalating educational competition and the increasing educational consumption,the division of parents' roles has been constantly reshaped and changed.Taking family as the center,it has become a common phenomenon to educate mothers.As a result,the situation in the process of parents' intervention in their children's physical training is not optimistic.Parents are not aware of their own roles,are absent in their children's sports activities,have insufficient confidence in the sports programs for their children,and have low self—efficacy.Most parents play the role of bystander in participating in their children's physical training.The mother of goalkeeper should not just close the door,but be good at opening the door in an inclusive manner.With the development of economy and society,parents' cognition,behavior and attitude are also changing,which requires us to rationally understand and study the relationship between family education and children's social intervention,instead of drifting with the flow and being emotional.
