As the "Twelfth Five Year Plan" put forward "education informatization", strengthen the construction of teachers, strengthen information technology application ability has become a priority in the plan. The teacher’s practical knowledge is the construction of teachers’ team closely, which is related to the real classroom teaching practice activity. But as a practical knowledge of teachers in information technology application ability can optimize and reform the teaching, and take attention of the state and society, and lead to a full range of changing educational idea, teaching mode, teaching methods and other aspects of the education system. This will be a profound revolution in the field of education, and also the inevitable trend of the future development of education in primary and middle schools.Based on the materials and literature study to run through the source of teacher’s practical knowledge and the main network training mode, and take the learning motivation as the starting point to the network training mode construction. Through analyzing the network training of the mainstream community information technology application ability course set to summary the practical knowledge of information technology application ability and the degree of concern them, as a model of the building should be considered and solved in the development of content. On the platform function and module analysis of Aopeng teacher training network to familiar with the physical environment of the network training. And participate in network research community to conclude the process of the development of teachers’ practical knowledge. Through the development of the questionnaire to investigate the demand and dimensions of network training mode to objectively to supplement and improve the elements of constructing the network training mode. With the teachers’ practical development process and the questionnaire of knowledge construction of network training results to constructing the network training mode, and combine with the interview of information technology application abilities of the teachers’ practical knowledge and the obstacles in the process of constructing to put forward the corresponding measures to support the development of teachers’ practical knowledge. Draw the following conclusions:(1) Teachers’ practical knowledge development process in the network training: experience the technology, familiar with the community; apply technology, design teaching; problem solving, training activities; process monitoring, evaluation and diagnosis; follow up to solve, promote the development.(2) Take the learning motivation as the breakthrough point, the development of teacher’s practical knowledge for the purpose, the problems as the core driven, take the independent learning, peer coaching and leading expert closely, the teachers’ practical knowledge development closely integrated with the real classroom teaching practice of network training mode. The main points of the network training mode of problem driving training include six stages:project implementation stage, initial learning stage, technology application stage, training activity stage, evaluation and diagnosis stage, project follow-up stage.At last, summary the problems and prospects of the research:the construction of the platform limit the construction of network training mode, there may be problems in application, through the cross platform application to verify its effectiveness; the research take the knowledge of teachers’ practical application of information technology as the basic curriculum, the mode supportteachers’ practical knowledge development of other disciplines still need to be tested, by applying to the subject related courses to analyze the extension.
