The Internet interactive technology has also been an unprecedented development by the progress of computer technology. The new network technology Appear constantly, usually used in every field of life. With the fashion of intelligent terminal such as iPhone, iPad, laptop and so on, let all kinds of the application of network interactive technology close to the people’s life. The fantasy world constructed interactive media technology, strongly attracts the teenagers’curiosity and thirst for epistemology.With the advancement of the reform of basic education, the progress of practice based on school must also follow closely the form by the initial scope extended to pay attention to the change of connotation evolution, and gradually highlight the scientific essence of the development of curriculum teaching, effectiveness, and normative requirements. Established with characteristic of school curriculum is the responsibility of each subject teachers.This study is based on network technology application of the senior secondary curriculum by find relevant documents and the investigation research, action research, observation research and comparative research method to analysis., for the implementation of the courses at this article studied the present situation and problems, such as teaching contents and teaching case from social development needs, not to meet the students’ own development, the related concept and principle of a man who knows the first not the second and so on. The purpose is to adapt to the needs of new curriculum reform on improving students’ information literacy and develop students’ understanding of information technology courses.The key of network technology foundation education curriculum system is squarely improving and perfecting the information interaction technology. At the same time,new teaching strategies in practice experience on the programmatic effective implementation is promoting.The author holding on these ideas developed the network interactive technology of school-based course. Experiment teaching is in Jinhua Secondary School. According to the existing hardware and software’s information resources of the school, the author designs the features of the curriculum for the university. The courses’planning thinking is about teaching the students the substance of similar to QQ, Web, E-mail and so on which are the most representative network interactive technology application now. These technology applications form a system. The C/S and B/S structures get together in order to clarify the nature and unity between them. The stress is the students’ experience in programming, but is not limited to learn the details of the programming statements.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction which introduces the research background, research purpose and significance, research methods, raises research questions and research thinking. The second part is the research review and theoretical basis which understands the domestic and foreign research status of network technology teaching, lists the course design related theories. The third part is according to the investigation and analysis on the experimental object and demand assessment, clear the general idea of school-based curriculum development, put forward the principle of teaching design and teaching evaluation of school-based curriculum strategy. The fourth part is the "network interactive technology" curriculum content and the test project design, the content of this course includes interactive technology survey, communication software’s information interactive technology, Web server and Web client information interaction technology, POP3 mail receiving information interaction technology. The fifth part summarizes the research conclusions and shortcomings, and points out the direction for future research.
