In2003, the curriculum program of senior high school (trial edition) and15subject curriculum standards (trial edition) were published by Chinese ministry of education,including the technological curriculum standards of senior high school(trial edition), which has increased general technology curriculum in high school. General technology curriculum as a new subject will face many problems, such as cultivation and training of general technology teachers in senior high school. Courses about general technology were set in educational technology specialty in Author working school, this thesis tries to use Moodle platform design and development of network course of general technology curriculum teaching material and method, which is a course of general technology courses the direction of educational technology specialty, and selects a designed theme about "interpretation on general technology curriculum standards" for application research,and employs the questionnaire method to the analysis of the effected applied, which focuses on two issues:one students’ understanding and operating of Moodle platform and impact on learning; the other hand, the survey of learning of applied Moodle platform,including motivation, curriculum design and other factors. This thesis can be divided into three parts in-depth exploration and study.Part I:literature reviewThis part focuses on three main issues:First, the meaning, purpose, content, methods of the research are described, and so on. Second, this thesis summarizes relevant studies at home and abroad from three aspects, Moodle platform, network course and network course based on Moodle platform. Third, this thesis summaries Moodle platform and main theory on design network course based on Moodle platform, such as instructional system design and activity theory, to guide the design of network course in the future.Part Ⅱ:Design and realization of network course of general technology curriculum teaching material and method, based on Moodle platformThis section is a core part of this study. This thesis designs network course of general technology curriculum teaching material and method, based on the theoretical basis of instructional system design and activity theory, and using interview method with teacher who taught this course to understanding of contents, nature, teaching method, assessment of general technology curriculum teaching material and method and other factors. Based on above study, author use Moodle platform to design and realize network course of general technology curriculum teaching material and method, based on above network course design.Part Ⅲ:Application and effect analysis on network course of general technology curriculum teaching material and method, based on Moodle platformThis section mainly focuses on the application research on network course of general technology curriculum teaching material and method, but this study can only select "interpretation on general technology curriculum standards" for applied research because of time constraints, and use questionnaire method to the survey of students’ understanding and operating of Moodle platform and impact on learning and other factors, these problem are found from statistical analysis, for example, the vast majority of students are not familiar with Moodle platform; students are not satisfied with the operation of Moodle platform; part of online course design needs be modified and so on.Finally, the author summed up the research and pointed out the lack of research and several issues in follow-up research.
