This paper discusses the problems of high school geography textbook “problem research” column of the teaching under the guidance of the theory of constructivism learning activities. Through the teaching of high school geography textbook “problem research” column, it analyzed the existing problems, and gives an overview of the theory of constructivism, put forward the implementation strategy of geography textbooks for senior high school under the guidance of constructivism, and with specific cases to implement and evaluation. The full paper includes the following five parts:The first part, introduction. This part described the research background, research significance, research status at home and abroad, as well as the research method and design technical route, from the whole of the research project are summarized.The second part, the analysis of the present situation of senior high school geography textbooks “problem research” column of teaching. First, through the questionnaire survey and interview with teachers, the teaching application status about the version high school geography “problem research” column of the implementation status, and then on the basis of the survey results are analyzed, the main problems are found out the status of implementation of “problem research” column.The third part, it is the construction of the implementation of design of geography textbooks for high school geography teaching material “problem research” column under the guidance of constructivism theory of, it is the focus of this article. First, the constructivism theory and the analysis of characteristics of “problem research” column are summarized. Based on this, teaching principles are put forward: students’ subjectivity,situational teaching, collaborative learning, constructive conversation between teachers and students, results, as well as the teaching strategy of “problem research” column are put forward, mainly includes the creation of life situation, stimulate interest in learning;mining knowledge, guiding questions in place; emphasis on collaborative learning,advocating equal dialogue between teachers and students; clearly the three dimensional goal, attention to the cultivation of emotional attitude; using diverse evaluation way, taking the geographic process evaluation. Finally, teaching pattern of“problem research” column is designed under the constructivism.The fourth part, it is about the constructivist view of geography textbooks for high schools “problem research” teaching case studies. Through selecting the typical cases and carrying on the teaching design and implement, then, the implementation effect is evaluated from the perspective of teachers and students.The fifth part, conclusion. It mainly summarized the research results and shortcomings existing in the research.This topic in geography textbooks for high schools are the teaching practice of“problem research” as the breakthrough point, the constructionism is as a theoretical guidance for the research, it fully embodies the spirit of teaching theory research and practice, through the research,it has proved that constructivism teaching of “problem research” column provides the theoretical basis, it has an important guiding role on it., as well as in line with the concept of the new curriculum for geography, improving reference for geographical teachers to carry out teaching of “problem research” column.
